With an emphasis on real-world practice, it equips participants to teach in diverse and complex clinical learning environments using evidence-based and theory-informed approaches. Key topics include clinical educator roles, teaching thinking, structured debriefing, reflective practice, coaching, formative feedback, assessment, and evaluation, all aimed at enhancing student learning and development. Throughout the course, participants apply strategies to create and facilitate meaningful clinical experiences across all types of nursing programs and clinical education models. Special attention is given to fostering clinical competencies, professional identity formation, and critical thinking, as well as exploring how simulation pedagogy can enrich clinical education.
