Bringing together experienced professionals, a world-class faculty, and dynamic curricula, the National League for Nursing's (NLN) Executive Leadership in Nursing Education Certificate Program provides learning opportunities for nurse educators who aspire to become an academic nursing executive leader or are new to that role.

2. Discuss theories to guide: 

• Transition to the executive leadership role. 
• Development of a leadership agenda that fosters collaboration, scholarship, and professional growth.

3. Describe the skills and competencies necessary to be an academic nursing executive leader. 

4. Strengthen resilience, self-care, and adaptive leadership skills to navigate complex challenges. 

5. Value continous reflection, mentoring, and engagement in professional organizations.
